1. The headings in these Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) are for convenience purposes only and shall not have any legal meaning of effect.
2. Please read these T&C carefully, as any use of the Website is subject to them, and you will be legally bound by them.
3. If you do not agree to these T&C (or any part thereof), We ask you to immediately stop from any further use of the Website!
4. By using this T&C, you represent that you are over the age of 13. If you are above the age of 13 but under the legal age in the jurisdiction appliable to you, any use of the Website is subject to your parent or guardian consent. By continuing using the Website, you represent that such consent has been obtained.
5. Any use of the Website shall be for legal purposes only. Any illegal action or action that may damage the proper function of the Website are strictly prohibited.
6. We reserve the right to change, amend and update these T&C, from time to time, at Our sole and absolute discretion. The T&C that are binding to you shall be the updated T&C at the time of use of the Website. It shall be your responsibility to check and recheck the T&C and see if they have been updated, at any entry to the Website.

 Creating Your Account

 In order to enjoy the user-experience of our Website, to the maximum extent we offer, we advise you to create an account with us. If you would like to place an order on the website, opening an account is mandatory.

1. By creating your account, you will be required to agree to these T&C, our Privacy Policy and to receiving email marketing from us. You can choose to unsubscribe from our email marketing list at any time.
2. 3. Creating an account will allow us to save your cart, offer you special benefits, and others.
4. Any information provided to Us by you, is required to be accurate and updated. Providing false, not updated, or partial information may result in failure to deliver specific services or restricting or shutdown of your account.
5. As part of creating your account, you will be required to choose a personal password, which shall be under your sole responsibility. We advise you to choose a strong password: comprised of upper-case letters; lower case letters; numbers and symbols.

 General Terms

1. A purchase in the Website is possible to the holder of an international credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners) and is subject to the policy of the credit card company and the clearing company, and their authorization of the transaction.
2. Following the placement of an order, you will receive an order number. An order number shall not mean a confirmation of the transaction, as this would only be approved by Us and which may be declined, restricted or authorized, at our sole discretion, including when we find errors in the order or the details of the item.

4. All orders will be supplied by a third-party delivery company, at Our choice and at Our sole discretion. You can find more details about our return and shipping policy link (including pricing and delivery schedules). We shall not have any responsibility over the schedule of the delivery, including delays. The date and time of delivery shall be directly coordinated by you and the shipping company, and you shall make sure your availability to receive the item.
5. If the event that the order is not authorized by the relevant credit card / clearance company, we will notify you via the email address you provided. In any such event, the order will be automatically declined.
6. We I try to make sure the information on our Website is accurate and clear. However, it might be that some of the information on the Website will be incomplete or shall have unintentional errors or omissions. We will not be responsible for any such errors. In addition, please note that there might be slight changes between how the items are presented on the Website and how they are in real-life (including minor changes in coloring or texture). For avoiding mistakes, please read the items’ details and specification before placing an order.
7. Our inventory changes from time to time. In the event that a certain item is not currently available and We cannot supply it, any transaction placed for such item shall be declined and We shall refund you against such item.
8. We may offer, from time to time and at our sole discretion, to some or all of our users different benefits. These benefits shall be subject to the terms We shall decide on and will be specified further to you. You should read all specifications carefully.
9. We reserve the right to update the prices of the items on the Website from time to time, and the delivery costs, without pre-notice. The effective price shall be the one presented at the time an order is placed.
10. Any error, caused due to force measure or for any reason beyond Our reasonable control, will not be considered as a breach of these T&C and will not give raise to any claim or remedy to you.

We reserve the right to restrict, prevent or shutdown the access to the Website for users that have breached any of these T&C, applicable laws and regulations or if they have made unauthorized, illegal, immoral or defamatory use of the Website or in Our brand name. We shall not be responsible in such cases, for any damage that may be caused to you as a result of such actions.
12. We reserve the right to assign and transfer any of our rights herein, to any third party and at our sole discretion.
13. IN ANY EVENT AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OR PAZ SHALL NOT BE RESPOONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIM, ERROR, OMMISSION OR ACT BEYOND THE EXTENT OF THE SCOPE YOU MADE PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE. OR PAZ SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUINTIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED TO YOU (DIRECT OR INDIRECT) FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

 Social Media and IP

2. All trademarks, trade names, trade masks, tradedresses, domain name, logos, copyright, slogans, passwords, designs, images, videos, and content that are subject to intellectual property rights, shall be exclusively owned by Us (or third parties authorizing our use). You shall have no right to them and are restricted from doing any use of them.
3. The designs shown on the Website are unregistered designs, protected by the Israeli Design Law.
4. You shall not: copy, duplicate, publish, make derivative works of, or take any commercial action, not explicitly permitted by Us in writing, in Our intellectual property and in the content appearing on the Website.
5. Any use of the hashtags: #OR.PAZ.STUDIO or a tag of our Instagram page: @OR.PAZ.STUDIO, in social media (including IG, TT, YU, FB and Twitter), shall serve as your consent for us to use that content for our own commercial and marketing needs, at our sole discretion. By using these tags, you hereby waive any claim of IP infringement against Us, including in relation to copyright and moral rights.

Your further obligations

1. You agree that any of your use on the Website shall be in accordance with these T&C and for legal purposes only.
2. You shall indemnify, hold harmless and protect Us against any damage, expense or claim with respect to your incompliant with these T&C.
3. You agree that any purchase made on the Website shall be for personal use only. No wholesale is permitted.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
6. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel. The TLV court shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising of or related to this agreement.
