שיטות המשלוח:

משלוחים עד הבית – המסירה תתבצע עד 4 ימי עסקים ועד סוף יום העסקים ולאחר תיאום מול הלקוחה

משלוחים המיועדים למשלוח באזורים רחוקים יתבצעו עד 6 ימי עסקים

אזורים רחוקים אלו אזורים המופיעים בטבלת יעדים רחוקים שבאתר חברת שילוח ולרבות יישובי רמת הגולן, גבול הצפון, יישובי המגזר הערבי, יישובי בקעת הירדן, יישובים מעבר לקו הירוק (שטחים) יישובי עוטף עזה, אילת, ים המלח וישובי הערבה

בתקופות קודמות לחגים ובמהלך החגים, ייתכנו עיכובים בזמני ההפצה, כמו כן במהלך חודש נובמבר ותחילת דצמבר (חודש חגי האינטרנט).

שעות הפעילות:

שעות פעילות המשלוחים בימים א'- ה' בין השעות 08:00 – 18:00

וערבי חג בין השעות 08:00-12:00

רכישה עד 599₪ - עלות המשלוח הינה 20 ש"ח

רכישה מעל 599₪ - משלוח חינם!

 

מדיניות החזרים:

החזרת הפריט תתאפשר תוך 14 יום מקבלת הפריט

על מנת לבצע החזרה יש לוודא כי הפריט לא היה בשימוש,

נמצא באותו מצב שבו הוא התקבל ועם אטיקט

החזרת הפריט עם שליח – בעלות של 30 ש"ח

החלפה של מידה / שינוי דגם – חינם!

Standard Delivery:
The customer will receive the delivery up to 4 business days,
until the end of the business day and after coordination with the customer.

Deliveries in remote areas will be made up to 6 business days. Remote areas are as listed below and according to the shipment company: Golan Heights, the northern border, settlements in the Arab sector, settlements in the Jordan Valley, settlements beyond the Green Line, areas (Gaza Envelope, Eilat, Dead Sea and Arava settlements.

In the periods preceding holidays and during the holidays, there may be delays in distribution times, as well as during the month of November and the beginning of December (Black Friday, Siber Monday, Chinese Singles' Day)

Sundays-Thursdays 08:00-18:00
Holiday Eve 08:00-12:00

For purchases under NIS 599 - the shipping cost is NIS 20
For purchases over 599 NIS - free of charge!

 Refund Policy:
Refund up to 14 days of receiving the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags

Return the item with a courier - 30 NIS
Replacement of size / model change - free of charge
